Transferring Playlists From Samsung Galaxy Note 2 To PC?

Hello,

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I had created a number of playlists on my Galaxy Note 2. I want to transfer those playlists to my PC using Mediamonkey, without transferring the files themselves, to avoid duplication.
How can I do this without having to resort to creating similar playlists in the Monkey?
