For MM to show selected albums only

Post by VGC »

Not sure if this has been listed as a wishlist item;

My music is stored as \\artist\album\track#. title
So when I'm in MM I would like to be able to open up an artist folder from the tree and then select only certain albums to appear in the MM display. This is helpful when you have a lot of albums for an artist but only want to listen to a few of them instead of all of them.

For example; from the tree in the left, right click on the albums you want to open in the mm display area.

Thanks for reading....

Why make it complicated?

Right-click the first album you want to listen -> Play Now.
For each subsequent album you want to listen, just right-click it -> Play last
This is the easy (and suggested) way of building your Now-Playing list on the fly.

I did not know that Eyal..I learn something new of MM!

You know.....I don't use the playing now window. I use my MM almost like windows explorer. I don't use the MM library. I got all my music in folders and manage them through MM. So, when I want to listen to an artist I just go to the tree pane and select the album(s) from the artist and play them from the main window.

Is it only me or others do that to?
