Hi guys,
when i move the MM window to the second monior on my dual monitor WIN 10 system and double click the window title bar, MM closes (no error message).
Doing the same thing on the first monitor, opens MM to full window size. Using the Maximize-Button on the title bar works fine on both monitors.
Im using MM 4.1.14.1813 and Windows 10 x64 version 1607.
Thanks,
Thomas

I can't replicate on the skinned version. It works as expected. Do you still see this after a Windows restart?

Re: On a dual monitor system MM closes unexpectedly on WIN 1
I can replicate here, skinned version with Delletronic skin, Win10 Pro x64, and triple-monitor setup.
MM just dies when double-clicking the title bar, if placed on the second (or third) monitor, but not on primary.
Not sure if it dumps something and if so where the dump ends up...
Not sure how new this is, I rarely open MM on a second monitor, usually just run it on the primary.
If I were to guess, this is related to DPI scaling somehow, I use different DPI setting for all three monitors.
Specs:
Operating System
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4.00GHz 30 °C
Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM

If you can reproduce you should capture it in a debug log (step 4b) and send the log to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=69

Re: On a dual monitor system MM closes unexpectedly on WIN 1
I installed the debug version, could not get any MediaMonkey.elf or Eurekalog on crash. So used Dbgview and got a log.
The crash occurred about here in the log:
00000543 36.90918350 [7936] Forms: Received WM_ACTIVATEAPP
I am attaching here:

I could open a support case but I'll leave that to Thom, since for me it's not really a big deal but I will open a case if needed.

Thank you guys, for fllowing up with this.
I wasn't online for a coupel of hours but it appears you guys reproduced the behaviour and there's nothing left to do for me.
The bug isn't a big deal, just a bit strange
Thanks again.
Thom
