No album artist? [#14068]

There is a major issue with Album Artists. MM5 says there are 175 album artists in my classical music collection; MM4 says there are 565. MM4 is correct. Most of those missing seem to be cases where the Album Artist is entered in the form Last Name, First Name. For example, in one album where I hadn't yet edited the Album Artist it appeared as Angela Hewitt. Angela Hewitt was one of the 175 Album Artists displayed in MM5. However there are also 275 tracks where the Album Artist is entered as Hewitt, Angela. Hewitt, Angela did not appear as an Album Artist in MM5. I edited the Album Artist for the Angela Hewitt album and after rescanning the files, there is neither a Hewitt, Angela nor an Angela Hewitt. There are a small number of Album Artists with the form Last Name, First Name that do appear; each and every one of them are also composers which I uniformly enter as Last Name, First Name and they appear as both Composer and Album Artist in the same album. Album Artist is a rather important field and that it doesn't display properly in MM5 should be a major issue.
