2072: No horiz scroll bar on playlist

Created simple playlist and using list view. There is no horiz scroll bar at the bottom to scroll through the columns
Where's the db and ini stored
Reporting Bugs
Where tags are stored

Not affiliated with MediaMonkey ... just a RABID user/lover
