Hi all
Have returned to MM after a long break having moved to an iphone (I had an iPod classic years ago which I miss).
I had some problems with device detection which were resolved by downloading iTunes directly rather than via the Windows Store.
The iPhone (SE) is detected and I have located the files I want to transfer but it starts to sync and then stops and disconnects.
Any ideas?

Which version of MediaMonkey, iOS and iTunes are you using?

Re: Not getting very far with sync
You can try things like a different USB port on PC and different cable. Otherwise capture the sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=12&t=69
