noise/static

Hi all,
I have some .ogg files that play fine on my windows PC, but on my Pixel 2 running Android Pie PQ2A..190205.002 I get static/buzzes both with headphones and over bluetooth to my car audio.
Has anyone else experienced this? No VBR, ~256kbps (it varies from track to track)

Most likely those OGG files are actually Vorbis stream files in OGG container that are usually meant to go along with Video and not as separate Audio files. Try to reconvert few in MMW and play them again.
