Wiki information disappeared - help!

Hi, I've just bought a new laptop and have successfully migrated MM to my new machine. Everything is working ok except for one thing. When I select an album view, there used to be some information about the album that appeared to the right of the album artwork at the top, linked to Wikipedia. This has disappeared and I cannot find a way to get it back...can someone please help me in simple steps?

Do you have the info panel enabled (ie. you still see the Album Art at the top)? If so, make sure the Info panel lookup is enabled.

Hi yes, I can see the album art at the top. I've already checked the info panel before as shown in your image, but still nothing. I only refreshed the library a day or so ago, does it takes a long time to get the info maybe, or should it be instant??

I see it here on the latest MediaMonkey 2024.2 beta build. What build (Help > About) are you using?

I'm using Media Monkey 2024.1.0.3113 Gold v2024.x

And I just downloaded the latest Beta build and now it won't recognise my licence which I only bought last December! This is going from bad to worse! I need this to work because I'm a radio presenter and use this all the time!

Please upgrade to the latest MediaMonkey 2024.2 beta build and let us know if the issue is resolved.

Unfortunately not. I'm still getting licence failed, no album info and I can't generate auto playlists.

How is the License failing? Are you unable to enter it?

All fixed thank you. Seems the info was a server problem (now fixed) and the license issue has also been resolved. All now working ok!
