Window focus problem

It seems that whenever I have the album browser open I have problems giving other windows (like IE) focus. I need to click three times on the taskbar entry for a program to get focus.

The first click seems to maximize the window, but it isn't shown.
Second click seems to minimize window.
Third click maximizes the window and gives focus.

Windows were to start with never minimized. And I can't always reproduce this problem, but it seems to be related to the album browser.
