[REQ] Auto-playlist criteria to match in playlist children

Currently the auto-playlist matching criteria for "Playlist" is only "is" or "is not".

Instead if the matching criteria was like other text field criteria this could be easily achieved. One could then easily build autoplaylists based on which playlists a song was or was not in.

The auto-playlist matching criteria for "Playlist" should be like for other text fields like artist: i.e.
equals
contains
starts with
doesn't equal
doesn't contain
doesn't start with
is unknown
is known
