MM "Comments" incompatible with iTunes

Just to add few things to clear confusion.

Like nohitter said and to my common knowledge iTunes save non standard comment fields instead of standard, which unfortunately they need to fix.

Has there been any progress on this issue (I realize the thread is old)? Just to add another observation, I can go into Windows Explorer and click on the properties of the file and view the Comments. If I update the Comment in Windows Explorer and then save the file, the comments show up in iTunes after a rescan (adding the file to the library again). I have 15 GB worth of files with Comments and going in to the properties one by one would take an eternity. Is there anyway to get the MediaMonkey Comments to show in iTunes?

Retested and can't replicate. Can you please supply three versions of sample file one with MMW comments and one with iTunes, MMW and Windows explorer.
