start-up error with latest 2 MM5 builds

Hello.
Windows 10, MM5 5.0.3.2615 (and the previous beta build too)
I get this error on every first start-up of the day. Clicking "Restart" reloads the application and the error does not appear again. (Just to be clear I mean "Restart" NOT "Restart in Safe Mode").
This error only occurs on the first start-up of the day. Closing the application and reopening it after going through the initial error/restart cycle does NOT cause the error to happen again.
If anyone has any ideas, I would be interested to hear them.
