Series episodes all listing separately

Having some trouble getting the episodes of a series to list under that series. I changed all of the episodes tags to be the same series, director, etc. Everything is the same except for title, season and episode numbers, but every episode displays as it's own individual series (of the same name). Very confused about this, any help is appreciated
