I occasionally manage to accidentally hit the repeat button on MMA. This is not a feature I ever use on purpose - is there a way to just permanently disable it, so I don't accidentally turn it on again? I don't mind also losing access to the shuffle button, as most of my playlists are shuffled anyway.

I actually preferred when it was on the album art, because i was much less likely to hit it then.

I see what you mean. We can consider making this configurable in the future.

Anyone else interested in this?

Yes, I also never use Repeat or Shuffle, so I would appreciate a way to permanently disable both.
And while I'm here - I repeat my request for a way to toggle Off (remove from screen) the Floaty Button, which I never use and is in the way!

So, odds on being able to disable Repeat permanently? Or get the button off the main Playing screen? I've already managed to hit it twice today, and I'm getting annoyed.

It worked great for me when it appeared/disappeared with the star ratings. It was much harder to hit accidentally when it wasn't in the corner of the screen.

Floating button off would be nice or configurable so that it is just a play button (not shuffle, or repeat....)

I've already accidentally enabled repeat twice today, and I'd really like a way to disable that useless button completely. I have never enabled it on purpose. Are there really that many people enabling/disabling repeat that it needs to be an always-present toggle? Shuffle, sure, but repeat?

Yes, please add a Settings toggle to make the floaty button disappear. I also never use the star ratings, I want those gone too.

The shuffle n repeat buttons are in the corner of my phone in an upright position and my palm triggers them often. I could possible tolerate them if they were moved closer to the center from left and right edges.

I agree. When on my phone and holding in an upright position my hand (palm) will often wrap around the edge of the screen and trigger the repeat. Very annoying
If you cant disable then move them closer to the center from left and right.
