Search function (missing cursor) [#20586]

When I click on search and tap in i. ex. the album name and made mistake, it would be nice to go directly to the wrong letters to correct them. This works, but it would be more good to have a cursor mark to see where I am.
With my big fingers I often be one or to letters left or right from what I want to correct and I can't see it because it is all orange (in the same colour). So a slightly different colour for the cursor marker would be helpful.
