I have two albums with "Guns N Roses" as the artist name. Obviously, it is "Guns N' Roses" [with apostrophe]. Check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guns_N'_Roses. I just added a digital album that had the correct spelling.
How can I gather these two "wayward" albums, adding the apostrophe, under 1 folder? Artist name in folder, in tags, etc. must be changed? What's the simplest way to do this?

Yes, edit the tags and Organize Files can do the job.

You should be able to select all of the requisite files, open properties, enter the info once, save and close.

It's easy to edit your own tags.
Don't expect all files to be tagged exactly how you would like them. Everyone has different tagging standards, depending on the source. All new music that I add to MM, I check that all the tags are correct and add additional data or edit existing stuff.

You can select multiply files of the same album and then in menu go to properties.
Make sure you tags them in groups per album.
If then artist, album and album artist there name is displayed like this: https://imgur.com/of0MTxf
Then you can add a ' to it.
When one field does not show up any details, cancel it, and make sure you don't select any tracks that have mismatched info compaired to the other selected tracks. Otherwise you might end up changing an album name unintened.
After that use the Orginaize files, to push changes to the folder and file names.

I am a bit confused. There seem to be two options at the top of the image that @Lowlander posted above?
I want to move the "stuff" with "Guns N Roses" to "Guns N' Roses. The simpler here the better.
EDIT: @Lowlander Where you suggesting the use of Windows Explorer to change tags or to use MM?

I think I am starting to understand. I don't need/want to use copy because all the tags are going to be "correct". So, after changing Artist name everywhere, the move will do the rest of the work?

@Lowlander I did the first part of your post above. But, after this I simply did a Scan/Rescan and everything seems fine. "Guns N' Roses" in the tags and in the folder under "My Music". It would seem I did something different. I never used "Organize Files"?
EDIT: Ah, I used Windows Explorer and "Edit ID Tags" from DBPowerAMP to change all the tags. I outsmarted myself

It's a personal choice, but the advantage of Mp3tag over some other taggers is that it can display and edit all tags, standard and non-standard instead of defined program tags.

I wonder what Tags MP3Tag edit that MM do not see in extended tags? I am referring to FLAC files like in your post.

One big difference is that Windows Explorer Tag editor should not be trusted, it was proved in past that it is capable to corrupt file formats especially FLAC when it added ID3v2.x tags on start of file which is not allowed in FLAC files.

I was talking about using DBPowerAMP's add-ons to Windows Explorer. I thought that was different than using Explorer alone to edit tags, etc.
