Video frames as thumbnail

It used to work fine but now he just captures a black thumbnail. Any ideas?

Which build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using and what File Type(s) are affected?
Do you have the MediaMonkey Codec Pack (Tools > Addons) installed?

Thx for replying.
I found out it won't let you capture thumbnail when video is paused, only when playing.
Which is kinda weird cause you want to choose an exact frame.
Running 2024.1.0.3113
Installed the recent codecpack
It used to work fine on previous release.

Please update to the
latest MediaMonkey 2024.2 release as it's working there for me.

Can you please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket:

It worked for me, being paused on an MKV file.
