I have converted to WMA some of my MP3s using MM, and now the same MM is unable to play these WMAs!
Of course, windows CAN play them, so why MM can´t?
Is it a bug or any setting that I may have passed by (I don´t think so, I have reviewed the options again and again)?

There was a problem with WMA playback in Alpha1, however, I can no longer reproduce the problem you describe in Alpha2.

Can you please provide a bit more detail re:
1) WMA conversion settings
2) OS used

One possible cause of the problem is that your install isn't 'clean' (i.e. there may be a remnant of Alpha1).
