Hyperlink from ID3 Tag fields

Would like to be able to place a hyperlink in certain tag fields and have it load default browser and go to the link.
e,g, Artist: Ray Charles
Highlight artist. Select link from menu. Enter a link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ray_Charles.
Artist would appear underlined and colored. When clicked it would go right to the Wikipedia article.
Would probably be most applicable to Artist, Composer, Conductor, and Comments.
