How to export MMW Playlists to Apple Music

Currently I try streaming, so I give Apple Music a try. I exported all my playlists. But when importing to iTunes, roughly 70% of the songs are in the playlists. ALL Songs are in the iTunes library, but not in the belonging playlist.
What can I do?
I read that iTunes also can handle m3u format, but still use XML.
Can I export all playlists from MMW in XML format?

Or another possibility!? Can I use MMW AND Itunes with same media library without getting a duplicate of each song? Probably not.
