They moved their home page from http://dir.xiph.org/index.php (throws a 404 error) to simply https://dir.xiph.org/. I assume it will work again if it is changed??

Ah, I see the new site is listed in the Web section and displays there...is there no way to have it aggregate the lists the way it did in the past?
