are all with the main player skin.
something was changed in alpha test version 6
that changed the way the theme skin works.
and that made all skins not going across the screen
as the other do. to have the error of only half
the player image show upthis is not always
the same half to show up it can be any half
of the main player image to show.

which tells me the main player skin is not at fault
but it is the theme skin that is causing it or
how the skins in general are handled by media monkey
that is causing it. but its not the main player skin.

this bug in the alpha test versions has been carried
over in to the released version 3.0.2
i've been told it will be fixed but not sure when.

I made my skins on a CRT monitor, so the colors might be a little lighter on a flat panel monitor if you use one of them.
A little info on the skins for people that are wondering about the different sizes. mm 3 skins stretch. there is no way around it they need to stretch for now until maybe some newer version then 3.0.5 has an updated skin process the skins will need to stretch.

making it hard to see how to make the different sizes, but what is done to get the vertical player and the square players is simple they are still the long stretched player only with one of the 3 player sections being used the other two are invisible so in the startrekingmonkey skin, and the tangerine monkey skin you see they are in the left side of the player skin.

i made the center and right transparent so when you move the player to a different dock you will only see these transparent sections then, when they grab some other images while moving it.

in the startreking monkey skin it shows black on the center and right of the player skin. and when you see it on the screen large with a black area to the right of the player. you really see the player but its transparent like a window and you see the background, since all the controlls are on the left that means you can put other windows in the dock area of the player it will shrink to fit when you do that. but in that stmonkey skin you can't use the player in the long top and bottom dock areas the player is just too tall for those docks.

the same thing happens in the tangerine monkey only it is not too tall to use the top and bottom dock area.

as said above this is the only way to get vertical players or square players in mm 3.0.5
