I performed a move from a previously (crashed) laptop to a new one and the script worked perfectly. My new database was on a slightly different place though, not in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Mediamonkey but in C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Mediamonkey. | |||

Great article. It might be wise to make a note somewhere to disable any startup scan options if the user decides to move the MM installation and mediamonkey.ini files. A startup scan run before updating the device id's will add a bunch of dupes. But I am not sure where would be the best spot to mention it.--Teknojnky 14:59, 19 April 2008 (EDT)
