Agregar archivos al catálogo
La primera vez que se ejecuta la aplicación, usted solicitará seleccionar en qué ubicaciones (en su unidad local o en la red) buscará archivos Multimedia, y qué tipos de archivos multimedia buscar. Algunos archivos encontrados en estas ubicaciones serán agregados al Catálogo. Cuando estos archivos multimedia sean agregados al Catálogo, existirán etiquetas que no podrán ser modificadas de ningún modo.

Reproducir pistas del Catálogo
Una vez que sus archivos hayan sido agregados al Catálogo, navegue a la opción Colecciones dando clic en los diferentes nodos en la porción del Catálogo del árbol de exploración en MediaMonkey. La lista de archivos será actualizada para coincidir con el nodo seleccionado.
Once your files have been added to the Library, navigate your way through your Collections by clicking different nodes in the Library portion of the tree in the MediaMonkey Explorer. The File List will update to match the selected node.
Para reproducir un archivo multimedia, simplemente de doble clic en la lista de archivos. Ese archivo multimedia comenzará a reproducirse, seguido por los archivos multimedia que fueron enlistados subsecuentemente...
To play a Media File, simply double-click it in the File List. That Media File will begin playing, followed by Media Files that were listed subsequent to it (in the default player configuration). To play specific Media Files, select several and then click the Play Now button on the toolbar. For other functions, right-click to see the context menu.

Editar Etiquetas
Para editar las propiedades asociadas con un archivo, presione clic derecho en el archivo seleccionado y elija Editar propiedades . Realice sus cambios y presione 'Ok' para actualizar la etiqueta. Si olvidó la información o arte del album, de clic derecho en la pista y escoja Auto-Etiquetar por Web.
To edit the properties associated with a File, right-click on the selected File and choose Edit Properties . Make your changes, and click 'Ok' to update the Tag. If you're missing information or Album Art, right click on the track and choose Auto-Tag from Web.
As with other commands, if you select multiple Files and click Edit Properties , the command will apply to all of the selected Tracks.

Customizing the Application
Once you've played a few Files, you'll probably want to spend a bit of time customizing the application to suit your tastes. Try:
- Right-clicking on any of the column headings to add/remove columns that you'll be using regularly.
- Drag and dropping the various column headings to change their position.
- Clicking the Tools > Options menu to customize skins and other options.

- Rip (Copy) a CD to your hard drive
- Burn portions of your library to a CD/DVD
- Create Playlists
- Sync Tracks to a Portable Device
- Level Volume
