Hi,
MMW 4.1.3.1708 had a bug that make things exactly like you described.

You should update to latest MMW version and install initial Full version from MMIP you downloaded initially before you download update.

Thanks Lowlander,

I guess I'll do that. I don't remember having the issue before when updating, but I could be wrong.

You need to contact support with your Order Number if you want an update for the purchased version of the MediaMonkey Codec Pack.

Purchased codec pack updated then becomes trial + no mp4

This is a bug I noticed when trying to figure out why .mp4 videos are not playing (the sound is present, but no video shows). I am using MM version 4.1.8.1751

I have a purchased download of MM_Codec_Pack_2.0.0.14.mmip, which I install, then update via the Tools > Extensions menu to 2.1.2.105. I then restart MM, and the codec shows as a Trial. Repro:

1. Install purchased codec. It shows as MM codec pack (no "Trial" content).
2. Restart MM
3. Go to Tools > Extensions and update extensions. Select MM codec pack and update.
4. Restart MM
5. Return to Tools > Extensions and now the word Trial appears.
