Do the files missing in MM play in iTunes?

I bought the MM Windows Gold license today, as I am frustrated with my paid version of MM Android missing many songs on the playlists.

With the Gold version of MM, one of the features I bought it for is it was supposed to find missing music and sync it.

I have playlists in iTunes (which I am trying to ditch) that have songs on them that are not showing up on the same playlists in MM Win. I have run Add/Rescan files to the Library and Locate Moved/Missing files. I've tried it with iTunes opened and closed. The scan path is to the right folder.

What are the steps to fix this?
