Hi,
Having 20k duplicates there must be an way to lower them or at least do a bunch at time eg. path related are most common way to lower that quickly.

Unfortunately no way to do it automatically as there is no way that MM determine which file to keep if they are identical or with same metadata.

I am in a similar situation. Found the duplicate files tab, but is there no auto-clean function? Going through 20K files will take forever!

Classical Music is a Library node. So it would be Music > Files to Edit > ...

Hi,
Thanks for that.
I am running MM on my PC (windows 10) but even when I click on "Classical" or any other tab I still cannot see option for Library, either in Tree or on Main Menu bar

That only works on files in the MediaMonkey Library (on your PC). Library are Collections like Music and Classical Music in the Media Tree.

[SOLVED] Beginners query

Hi,
I am new to Media Monkey and am having a teething problem with it.
I want to remove a lot of duplicate songs from a MP3 player, and am following instructions from Help page https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index. ... icates/4.0 ,
Although I can see the "Tree" I cannot see "Library" which I need to see in order to select to edit
Where am I going wrong?
