Hi,
After MMA fail to recognize track can you please send us log using "..." -> About MediaMonkey -> Send Logs and post LOG ID here before you send it so that we can know which one to search?

Same happens to me.
If I select the folders option, it just shows the library of the phone storage and if I try to open an mp3 file of the sd with Es File Explorer with MediaMonkey the app doesn't recognize it.
