You can run a report on MM with the information you need. This will generate a spreadsheet. You can then send the spreadsheet to your phone. When I started ripping my collection, I created the spreadsheet as I ripped each CD, so the report wasn't really necessary in that case. I update the spreadsheet each time I get a new CD. Once you have the main collection in this format, it isn't too hard to do the data entry on it.

I am using Media Monkey to copy my CD collection to a NAS drive which we play using our Sonos setup.

All works well but what I would really like to be able to do is have the database on my phone or iTouch so I can look up what I have in my collection when I am searching for CDs/Albums in records shops.

Any suggestions how I do this?
