Just remember that these are test versions and might contain serious bugs. It's advised to have a backup of your music before installing MediaMonkey 3 Alpha/Beta releases.

It appears that alpha testing of MM 3 has begun...just curious, is it possible for me to be an alpha tester? If it's a closed alpha that's fine but if you're looking for someone else I'm here ready and willing! :-)

MM3 comes as final after all known bugs will be solved and all features we need have in MM3 will be in.
Of course, and I wasn't suggesting that you should hurry up by any means - I just wondered how long a release cycle normally takes, or if there is no 'normal' in these circumstances.

Possibly a little premature to ask, but I was just wondering how long people think the release cycle, from alpha to final release, will take. MM3 just looks so good, and it will be the only priority of the developers now MM2 is done and dusted, so fingers crossed that it will be sooner rather than later!
