Unfortunately it is not possible.

Right now, you can determine a string to separate multiple-value fields.

How about a different setting for Artist and Album Artist?
Where the user can specify multiple splitters.
Like: "; | feat. | presents "
I'd make it case sensitive.
The Artist node would reflect this.
