The main issue with Games is that they use very low level access to Mouse and Keyboard, so in many cases even you can assign shortcut it is not working due teh fact that some/most of keys are handled in Game and outside/background apps can't see it in order to be able to response.

There is always a way to do that thru script.

Would be quite nice for some games to change the playlist MediaMonkey is playing in the background while in-game via a keyboard shortcut. So that I could switch to my "Boss Battle" playlist if I run into a boss enemy without needing to alt+tab out of the game (and eventually also dying).
