Vista only problem. To reproduce:
1. Have MM in full screen/maximised view
2. Drag titlebar away from top to anywhere in the middle say
3. Notice the window frame stays the same but MM is dragging (Image 1)
In W7 this is a snap feature however in Vista doesn't have this feature in Step 2.
Other things I noticed, when dragging from full screen, the colour was the same as in full screen view, the corners looked weird and I couldnt resize and if you drag the window slow enough to the top, it pushes the Min/Max/Close buttons downwards as if they are not fixed (Image 2).
