Found it. I recently installed a new video card and the software had Hot Keys that were using this same configuration for camera. Turned that off, and now it's working again in MediaMonkey. Now that I think about it, I probably could have gone into MediaMonkey hotkeys and set Shift+Ctrl+C to Global. It would have likely overwritten the video card.
