Many thanks, I have [b]RegExp Find and Replace[/b] and have made all the changes - including those files which had [b]dnn[/b] format (where d was the CD / Volume number) after [b]d[/b] moved to disc.

You may want to check out http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=28510&hilit=regexp to fix the the Track# for you.

If I display all the music files in my library and use the phrase [b]track:1[/b] in the search box in the top right hand of the screen, MM displays all those files with a track of 1 (but excludes those with 01). I can then select all these files and change the track number to my preferred format of 01.

This works for 1 thru 8.

However, if I use the search [b]track:9[/b] nothing is returned and yet there are some tracks with just 9. As a consequence, I edited these individually rather than a block.

This behavior seems a little odd.

Is this a bug or something that can be handled with a different search phrase?
