Delete the MMCache*******_* folders from the MediaMonkey Temp folder (location set under Tools > Options > General).

For several albums when I select them in the main view (by Artist, Album, Genre etc) the album art appears in the Now Playing box, bottom right, but does not appear in the main lists in the middle section. This can be reproduced consistently, so it's not a one-off, and I have many example screen shots I can send. (MM v 4.1.29.1910; Windows 10 10.0.1863; x64-based PC; 32GB RAM)
