Doesn't it happen only for tracks with Album field empty? If not, could anyone having this problem post his/her 'Synchronize tracks to:' field in Option dialog? The default should be: '\Music\<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Title>'.

Thanks,
Jiri

hey - i'm not that tech-litterate, may be why i'm having a problem...
i have about 2g of music loaded onto my zen v and some tracks don't display any album art, while others do - main problem being that those that do only display two album covers, even if they are not by that artist?!whats going on?
help me please!

I now know that it is definitely not a Zen bug.

I have exactly the same problem.

But then other albums - that had album art before re-synching - loose their album art again.
This problem is driving me nuts. I'm not sure if this is a MM bug or a Zen Vision:M one....

The Zen V does support embeddeed album art:

Curiouser and curiouser...

Deleting the offending tracks from the player and re-synchronizing them appears to fix the problem - for the first few I tried anyway. I'll see if this behaviour is consistent...

I have a Zen Vision:M and unless I'm mistaken, it doesn't support embedded album art at all (and I've done a lot of testing). The album art that shows up for the songs transferred by WMP are because the album art is in the same folder and WMP finds it...

Try to simplify your case a little (~10 tracks), create a device log (see Device Synch forum) a let me know which tracks show album art correctly and which don't.

A little more detail:
- the tracks are a mix of .mp3 and .wma formats
- no format conversion or change in bit rate is involved
- all tracks have their album art embedded

First post - welcome a newbie! :D

I'm seeing a weird problem synchronizing tracks to my Zen V. Basically, album art displays on the player for some tracks, but not for others. Of the 300 or so tracks I synchronized most recently, only four (yes, FOUR from 300!) display correctly. Copying a "bad" track back to the PC proves the file is not corrupted: the art is still in there. I can't find any common factor between the tracks which display correctly. :(

If I sync using WMP 10 instead, art displays correctly for all tracks.

I desperately want to get MM working - anyone got any clues?
