According to this post from beta-testing:

It is caused by certain addons with embedded IE. Some examples would be MonkeyRok and LyricsAndComment viewer.

MM4 does not open in top window

Upgraded to MM4
Click program start.
MM program window is not on top i.e. if another program open that program window stays on top.
Must go to task bar to click MM window to front.

Any ideas why this is happening?
