Make sure you're also using the provided License Username as only it will work: http://www.mediamonkey.com/support/inde ... is-invalid

I have a Gold license which I bought in May this year and have just installed MM on a new computer. However, when I put in the registration code it isn't accepted, I get an "invalid" message.
I've followed the "How to retrieve a lost license key" post and am using the retrieved key (which matches what I'd recorded.) I've tried cut and paste and typing it in but it's always rejected.
The license has only been used on 1 machine so far.

I can't see what I'm doing wrong.
