All working fine again - as you suspected I'd lost connection to the share with the music on it. Re-connected the share and now all is OK. Thanks again for all your help - John

This was all looking good, but now I can't sync at all. I've raised this as #YKJ-524-31229 with all the relevant logs attached. I've tried re-installing MMA, deleting and re-creating the device in "portable device sync", rebooted everything, etc. but all without success.

I would also like that ask you if it is no problem when MMA show Sync incomplete that you send us debug log and write Down log ID in Ticket so that we can pair it with reports.

To send us debug log from MMA use ... -> About MediaMonkey -> Send logs

Hi - using MMW 4.1.21.1866, when I set the Portable Device Sync to auto-convert to flac (16-bit, compression level-8) or mp3 (Near Studio Quality) on the android device (HTC 11 - SanDisk card) I get the "preparing download" dialog for ages with a very high CPU usage on the MMW machine and then a "Sync Incomplete" message on the android. If I remove the auto-convert all works fine.
