I ended up making auto playlists based on how I wanted the folders setup. Created the folder structure identical to my playlists and used the send to function to send the files to the appropriate folder. Now I need to figure out how to use this itunes xml script to be able to access the playlists im creating in my DJ software.

So I have a huge folder of mp3s(several thousand). I'm trying to get them organized. I started by fixing the tags on all of them. Now I'm trying to see whats the best way to maybe create playlists in MM(80s rap,funk,90s R&B etc) and send those playlists to folders in Windows explorer.
