Make sure you actually have all the files you expect selected to sync in the Device Profile. If that's the case you can capture the Sync in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to an email to support@mediamonkey.com: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... ?f=12&t=69

Hi Lowlander, thank you for the reply.
my windows version is 4.1.30.1914 and my android version is 1.4.1.0937. I'm using a data cable to sync (which I've always used) and I'm syncing to my phones memory card. It's like only 50% of the songs synced.

Which version of MMW and MMA, are you doing a wifi or USB sync and are you syncing to internal or external memory?

Hi everybody,
this is my first post on this forum as ive never had an issue on MM after years of use.
I changed my phone recently and wanted to add my extensive playlists on to my new phone. I downloaded the MM on my new phone and started the sync, only some of the files transfered, all of the playlists but with multiple songs missing. I've done this many times before without a gliche....
nothing has changed, storage location, playlist location, file details
Any help would be appreciated
