Rebooting the PC and re-starting MM5 fixed it for me.

Hello, would you please explain how you did it? I have the same problem but no solution.

Thanks

Never mind. I figured it out. Pretty slick and easy.

One question--I'm more of a visual learner as I grow older. Any plans for video tutorials to help folks like us learn MM5 better?

Thanks!

Need Help with Manually Re-Assigning a Drive?

I admit I don't know MM5 as well as I should have, so have mercy on my "noobness."

I store all my ripped MP3's and FLACs in a main folder on my Synology NAS. I recently had to rebuild my Windows 11 PC due to some OS corruption. Before (and now after the rebuild), I link to the main music folder on the NAS by attaching to it as a network drive on my PC. It is Drive M.

After rebuilding the PC, and reinstalling MM5 and the DB files, and reattaching to the same folder on the NAS as Drive M, I only have one issue.

All my song entries in my many playlists now start with [music]\ instead of M:\ in the path.

Is there a quick and easy way to correct that without re-creating all my playlists?

I'm guessing--but am not sure--that I need to manually re-assign a drive. Is that right?

If so, I've read your documentation on what to do but I don't get it. I can't get the Media Properties pop-up to appear and am not sure how to do that.

TIA for any help.
