Hey,
Sometimes I also encounter the Error 403 Forbidden, but after refreshing, it starts working again. For those who are facing this error, you can try refreshing, and you'll successfully access MediaMonkey.

Hi,
I explained things bit more in my post here and it should be resolved now.

I just regained access to this site through a reddit link.

MM2024 kept saying there was an update available but for the last week or two every time I clicked it or entered it manually the site page would say too many requests try again later.

After searching "mediamonkey.com not working reddit" I found a link, tried it, and I'm back. now the update page from the MM app takes me where it should and my saved mm forum link works and mediamonkey.com to forum works. This is a really strange coincidence, unless its affecting more people who can't communicate their issue

A few weeks ago, there was a ddos attack emanating from several hundred addresses and all of those IPs were blocked.

But that doesn't explain why you only don't have access to the main site. Can you share your IP?

Yes, I can reach https:// www.mediamonkey.com/forum, but not https:// www.mediamonkey.com. Can only reach the main site through a VPN connection. Is Mediamonkey blocking certain IP domains?

It's working for me, and it seems you were able to get to the forum. You may want to clear browser cache/cookies and try again or try a different browser.
