Sorry, I don't see a step 4b. How do i create a debug log?

Did you send in a debug log?

You may want to try re-installing MediaMonkey, something may have corrupted in your installation. That particular error references an Addon having an issue.

Please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

This will help a developer analyze why this happens on your setup.

Latest version doesn't run at all on my system

I have a Dell XPD 8960 running Windows 11 Pro 25H2, and the latest version of MediaMonkey doesn't run at all on my system. I end up having to kill it in task manager. Here is the initial error, but it produces pages of errors until I kill it. I have a jpeg of the errors but am unable to attach it here.
