I have a lifetime license, from Element 5 order no. 307679885, 12/6/09. All of a sudden my license key is now considered invalid. I found this out when trying to convert FLAC to mp3; the program stated mp3 conversion is unavailable beyond a 30-day trial period and then when I went to enter in the license key I received a message saying it is invalid. I have made sure I have entered it correctly.
Any advice as to what is the problem here? Or where I can go to get a quick fix? This is frankly an extraordinarily obnoxious bug, coming as it does on Christmas Eve when I am trying to convert some holiday tracks for playback on a portable player.
