Did you try Property=Comment, Condition = doesn't contain, Value = wife's name? This works for me (using a different value, of course).

I'm currently trying to create a playlist to sync with my phone/tablet that excludes all of my wifes music. I have edited her mp3 tag to include her name in the comments section but how do I filter out all those tracks? it seems like auto playlist would do what I want but I have tried different version to exclude those tracks such as NOT Name or - Name. I'm sure it's something simple but I was unable to find a list.
