Yes, it's an intended chance to prevent accidental leveling. The feature itself is still available from the Tools menu.

I'm using version 5.0.4.2663.

Ever since I installed the latest beta, I've noticed that the item to level the volume of the selected tracks is missing. Is this a change that was intended? The item used to appear below "Analyze volume" in the context menu.
