Correct, you can only select individual items.

Since my music library is larger then the storage on the iPhone, I want to select manually for example all the artists that start with a and b. Currently the only way is to select each artists individually which takes forever. I don't see a Windows function to select multiple files. I understand that you can get around this issue by creating playlists but I want to do it a different way
