After File Open Database, click on the Database Structure tab. Now press F5 to refresh. Do the Tables / Indices / Triggers now show?

I should add that I confirmed that the browser can see the contents of a sample DB file.

When I click on Open Database in DB Browser for SQLite and select any of my MM DB files, they show as empty – no tables. Any ideas what the problem might be?
